We are now at the next stage of the LMC's organisational development and invite expressions of interest for the LMC Subcommittee GP membership roles for all three of our localities.

Please find attached the role summary and our declaration of interest policy. 

Should you like to express an interest please send an email to nwch.lmcteam@nhs.net by 6pm on Monday 13th May including your name, role and the name of the Practice you are aligned to.

If more than one expression is received per seat we will run a simple election process.
